The light that shone in the days so dark,
A new fire to be lit, you were the spark,
And when it was all bright again,
You left without a trace,
Without a mark.

A moment here and there,
a wanderer it is,
it never does stay.
Lost in thought,
a million distant dreams,
drifted away,somewhere astray..
It remembers,yet it forgets,
of the lives,of the times,
that stayed for so many a day.
It seeks not a tomorrow,
nor a yesterday,
but a life lived,just for today.

TRANSITIONS

There exists a beginning,
To all that comes to an end,
The line between the two,
Hard to comprehend.

Lines get drawn,
Life moves on,
Somewhere amidst the transition,
A new self is born.

CONTEMPLATION

Conflicts within,
It often makes you wonder,
To give in or let go,
To hold on or to surrender.
Sometimes a thought,
Sometimes a smile,
The musings of the mind remain,
But, just for a while.

A REASON

Not an answer
But being made to wait
A minute is all it takes to reconsider,
A second is all it takes to reflect;
Upon a decision, a conclusion.
Silence may not be an answer,
But to be made to remain in silence,
I was let to contemplate
But without any reason.
And here i am,
Still wondering,
If reality really exists,
Or if its all just..
A figment of my imagination.

AS TIME GOES BY...

Moments drift by, as with time,
Colours of life vary by shades,
My mind contemplates a new rhyme,
Gradually, as the boundary fades.
Destinations may seem far or near,
But i fall silent after a while,
Still a long way to go from here,
Because, its just a dream , yet to go a mile.
